"Bang!" On the morning of December 4th, inside the Anren Town United Chamber of Commerce of Longquan City, as the crisp sound of the gavel fell, the originally quiet meeting room immediately entered "court session time" — a dispute case over liability for personal injury of a service provider was being publicly heard here.

More than 20 seats were fully occupied. People's Congress deputies, CPPCC members and local entrepreneurs leaned close, their eyes closely following the judge, plaintiff and defendant. The court session without a sense of distance allowed everyone to immerse themselves in the majesty of justice, and it was more like attending a vivid legal lesson: How to prevent employment risks? What to do if rights and interests are infringed? Answers to these daily troublesome problems for enterprises were found in the details of the court session.
"I used to find legal provisions abstract, but today I watched every step of the evidence presentation and debate, and I understood it all at once!" Zhang Jin, General Manager of Zhejiang Huaxing Valve Industry Co., Ltd., listened carefully and even took notes in his hand. He frankly said that enterprises often encounter troubles such as contract performance and labor disputes. Watching the court session up close this time not only made him figure out the legal logic of dispute resolution, but also revealed risk loopholes in his own operation — it was much more useful than distributing several legal popularization brochures, and this "mobile rule of law lesson" really hit the spot!
This court session was not "just for show". Longquan Court specially selected this typical enterprise-related dispute, aiming to "judge one case and govern a wide area". After the court session, the judge did not leave in a hurry. Combined with the analysis of enterprise-related cases in 2025, he talked with entrepreneurs about frequent "pitfalls" in employment and contracts, earnestly listened to their demands, and built a "direct bridge" for judicial services on site.

"Moving the court to the side of enterprises is to deliver services to where they are most needed." Chen Weiliang, President of Anren People's Court, said that the way of "case trial + on-site Q&A" can not only make justice more down-to-earth, but also help enterprises establish the awareness of "operating in accordance with the law" in advance, reducing disputes from the root.
Reporters learned that Longquan Court will carry out such "enterprise-related circuit trials" on a regular basis in the future, sending legal services to more chambers of commerce and enterprises, helping business owners solve the "urgent, difficult, anxious and pressing issues" in operation, and providing solid judicial protection to escort the steady development of enterprises.
